Why are my loans not showing up on my account?

To make sure that you are completely signed into your library account, you need to be signed in through the KU system and the EBSCO system.
To do so, log into My Account with your KU information, and then, you can create your own MyEBSCO account using your KU Single Sign On (SSO) and password. If you are fully signed in, you should see your first name in the right hand corner when looking at your account page.
