  • Password Reset & Self-Service: Available 24/7 online through KU IT self-service. https://myidentity.ku.edu/password/reset
  • Phone Support: Call 785-864-8080 (not available on holidays).
  • In-Person Walk-Up Support:
    • Location: 2nd floor of Anschutz Library (one floor below the main floor).
    • Access: Enter Anschutz Library and use the indoor stairs or elevator. Do not use the outdoor Hawk Link elevator.
    • Hours: Walk-up support is only available when Anschutz Library is open; closed during holidays and academic breaks. Check the Anschutz Library schedule and hours: https://lib.ku.edu/locations/anschutz
