Answer

Library staff are online 9am-5pm (US Central time) Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays, at lib.ku.edu/ask.

You can also get in-person research help during the spring and fall semesters by visiting the research help desks, which are located next to the main check-out desks at Watson Library and Anschutz Library. In-person research help hours may be more limited over the summer and when classes are not in session.

Additionally, you can make an appointment to meet with a librarian (either in person or virtually) by filling out the consultation request form at https://lib.ku.edu/research-help.
