I cannot access the Interlibrary Loan request form for an online article. What should I do?

It is possible you need to create a new account. If you have never used Interlibrary Loan before, register here: https://illiad.lib.ku.edu/ILLiad/KKU/NewUser.html
Your login is your KU alphanumeric ID and KU password. For example, if your name is Jay Hawk, your alphanumeric ID may look like j123h456.
